The minimum lot area for a multi-family dwelling shall be 3,000 square feet per dwelling unit not to exceed a maximum of 12.0 units per acre. (Example: A multi-family structure containing four dwelling units requires a minimum lot area of 12,000 square feet.) Minimum lot areas for permitted conditional uses shall be provided for in § 153.215.
