§ 153.062  EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   No building shall be erected, reconstructed, or structurally altered for any use nor shall any building or premises be used other than as permitted in the district in which such buildings or premises are located.
   (B)   No building shall be erected, reconstructed, or structurally altered to exceed the height limits herein established for the district in which that building is located.
   (C)   Every building hereafter erected shall be erected upon a lot having a frontage of not less than 15 feet on a public street or an unobstructed easement of access or right-of-way at least 15 feet wide to a public street, in addition to any other open space requirements of this chapter.
