§ 153.061  MAP AND BOUNDARY LINES.
The boundaries of the city's zoning districts are established as shown on the zoning map which is hereby made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth herein. Where a district boundary line divides a lot which was in a single ownership and of record on the effective date of this chapter the use authorized on and the district requirements of the least restricted portion of the lot shall be construed as extending to the entire lot; provided that the extension shall not include any part of the lot which is more than 25 feet from the district boundary line. Questions concerning the exact location of district boundary lines shall be determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals, as provided in § 153.043.
