Where it is alleged by an applicant in good standing that there is an error in any interpretation, judgment, determination, or decision made by the Zoning Enforcement Officer in the administration and/or enforcement of the provisions of this Zoning Code, the applicant may file an administrative appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals as set forth in § 153.050.
