§ 76.18  BUS STOPS AND TAXICAB STANDS.
   (A)   The City Manager is hereby authorized and required to establish bus stops and taxicab stands in such places as he shall determine to be for the benefit and convenience of the public.  Every such bus stop or taxicab stand shall be designated by an appropriate sign or signs.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a bus to stop such bus for the purpose of receiving or discharging passengers at any point other than a designated bus stop. 
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle other than a bus to stand or park such vehicle in an officially designated bus stop, or for the operator of any vehicle other than a taxicab to stand or park such vehicle in an officially designated taxicab stand. The operator of a taxicab shall enter a taxicab stand only from the rear, and shall stop as near as possible to the taxicab next ahead, and shall move up as vehicles ahead leave the stand.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for the operator of a taxicab to park the same on any of the hereinafter designated highways, at any place other than a taxicab stand.
