§ 76.11  PARKING IN NARROW STREETS, UNDEDICATED STREETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle on a roadway less than 18 feet wide.
   (B)   Where a roadway is more than 18 feet, but less than 24 feet wide, it shall be unlawful to park on the same side of the street as the fire hydrant(s).
   (C)   Upon all streets or ways, it shall be unlawful to park a vehicle in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 12 feet of width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic, except when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations or traffic signs or signals, or a police officer.

   (D)   In order to provide a passage for fire and police vehicles responding to emergency calls, parking on undedicated streets shall be subject to the provisions of the code of ordinances regulating parking on streets of the city.
