(A) It shall be unlawful to park any truck weighing more than 10,000 pounds, any commercial tractor, any trailer, or semi-trailer upon any street in a residential area between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. It shall also be unlawful to park any truck weighing less than 10,000 pounds that contains garbage, junk or refuse as defined in § 91.50 upon any street in a residential area between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park any commercial tractor, any trailer, or semi-trailer upon any street, lot, alley or area open to public vehicular traffic.
(C) This section shall not apply to commercial vehicles on regular delivery or service calls.
