§ 8  EFFECT ON RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
   All rules and regulations of the Planning Commission of Silverton effective as of the date of the adoption hereof and not inconsistent with this Charter shall continue in force until amended or repealed by action of the Planning Commission and Council.
