(A) Timing of deposit. Pursuant to R.C. § 9.38, it shall be the policy of the City of Silverton that receipts of all public monies, which combined total less than $1,000 daily, may be deposited up to three business days after the date of receipt.
(B) Safekeeping of undeposited money. The public monies that are kept but not yet deposited shall be placed in the city's safe until they are deposited with the city's properly designated depository.
