§ 37.03  NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ADOPTED.
   All departments, offices, and agencies of the city shall utilize the Incident Management System prescribed by the Department of Homeland Security, as implemented by the Ohio Emergency Management Agency.
