(A) Nominations of persons possessing the qualifications of electors and meeting the residence requirements prescribed for the various elective offices of the municipality shall be made as prescribed by the general election laws of Ohio.
(B) All elections in and for the municipality shall be conducted by the election authorities constituted by Federal law. Except as is otherwise provided in this Charter, such elections shall be governed by the general election laws of Ohio.
