(A) The National Electric Code, 2002 version, and its subsequent amendments, revisions and additions as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards is hereby adopted by reference as if fully set forth herein.
(B) The National Electric Code as adopted herein applies to all single family, two-family and three-family dwelling houses and their appurtenant structures, including accessory buildings and swimming pools.
(C) In the event of a conflict between a provision in the National Electric Code as adopted herein and a provision of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, that provision which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall control.
