§ 72.74 TELEVISION SETS IN VIEW OF DRIVER PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to operate or to have upon the highway any motor vehicle if such motor vehicle is equipped or provided with a television set, so placed that it can be operated, used or observed by the driver of such motor vehicle.
