There is hereby levied an annual $5 license tax under the provisions of R.C. § 4504.171 to take effect beginning in 1992 and that revenue derived from the tax will be used for the purposes authorized pursuant to R.C. § 4504.171 including to supplement costs and expenses associated with the maintenance of public roads within the city. All revenues derived from the tax shall be deposited, pending use, in the Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund of the city.
