§ 132.15  BEGGING.
   (A)   No person shall wander about and beg in the streets, or from house to house, or sit, stand or take a position in any public place and beg from passersby either by words, the exhibition of a sign, by gesture, or by singing, or by playing a musical instrument or by exhibiting such articles as shoestrings, lead pencils, or cheap merchandise of any description.
   (B)   The first violation shall be punishable as a minor misdemeanor, with subsequent offenses punishable as misdemeanors of the first degree.
