No permit shall be issued for the construction of any building wherein the drains from driveways, basements, or basement garages are located lower than 30 inches above the crown of a storm sewer or surface of the street serving the premises. Drainage of driveways, garages, or other non-grey water into sanitary sewers is prohibited.
