§ 51.55 ADEQUATE SANITARY SEWERS MUST BE PROVIDED.

No buildings or structures shall be built in any area or location of the city unless the area is adequately served by sanitary sewers of sufficient size and design to carry off or dispose of the sanitary sewage load in that area.
