§ 51.39 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

If any sewer tapper shall violate any of the ordinances relating to the making of sewer connections or shall fail or refuse to perform any of the duties imposed upon him by this chapter, the City Manager is authorized to revoke his license. No permit for the making of a sewer connection shall be issued to any person other than a licensed sewer tapper.
