§ 51.20  NOTIFICATION FOR INSPECTION BEFORE CONNECTION MADE.
   Not less than 12 hours previous to the making of a sewer connection, the sewer tapper shall notify the City Building Inspector as to the time when the work will be ready for inspection. The sewer tapper shall keep the work covered, free and clear, until it is inspected and approved by the Inspector.
