§ 51.04  SEPTIC TANK OR SEWER DISPOSAL UNIT.
   No plumbing permit, for the installation of a septic tank or privately owned disposal unit, shall be granted. Replacement or repair of an existing septic tank or privately owned disposal unit is excepted from the provisions of this chapter.
