(A) All storm water, roof water, surface water, or subsoil water shall drain into storm sewers where existing.
(B) In the event no storm sewer is available, all roof water, storm water, surface water, areaway drains, or subsoil water shall be discharged to the street curb line in an approved manner under permits and inspection by the Building Inspector of the city.
