§ 51.02 DISCHARGING STORM AND SURFACE WATERS INTO SANITARY SEWER.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to permit or cause the discharge into any sanitary sewer within the city of any storm water, roof water, surface water, or subsoil water.
