§ 51.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SEWERS.  Storm sewers, sanitary sewers, combination sewers, catch basins, inlets, or any kind of pipe or conduit for the carrying away of water or water borne wastes.
