§ 37.31  INTERFERING WITH LAWFUL AUTHORITY IN TIME OF EMERGENCY.
   No person, in time of public danger or emergency, shall knowingly interfere with any person lawfully acting under authority granted by this chapter, under any lawful order issued under the provisions of this chapter, any police officer, militia, firefighter, member of the National Guard, or any other authorized person who in time of public danger or emergency is engaged in the protection and preservation of life, person, property, or the public peace.
