139.16 SUBSTANCE ABUSE POLICY.

EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 12-1993, passed February 16, 1993, the Village has enacted a Substance Abuse Policy and the Procedures for Implementation of such Policy. Copies are on file with the Clerk-Treasurer.
