135.01 RECREATIONAL POWERS.

(a) The Park Board, in addition to the other powers conferred upon it by the Charter, is hereby granted those powers provided for recreation boards under Ohio R. C. 755.12 to 755.18, inclusive.

(b) Such powers shall be carried on by the Park Board subject to appropriations of Council.
