123.05 FEES FOR FAX TRANSMISSIONS, DATA PROCESSING, RETRIEVAL AND PRINTING REQUESTS OF DOCUMENTS.

   (a)   For Fax Transmission:

 

Local or toll-free calls	$0.25 per page
Toll call	$0.40 per page

(Fees should be paid in advance; if invoiced, additional mailing charges will apply.)

   (b)   For Computer Time 

 

$100.00 per hour
(10 minute minimum of $16.67)

   (c)   For Printing

      $.10 per page (includes the cost of paper, toner/ink and printer time)

   (d)   Requests for Special Data Format

      $45.00 per hour

      Format must be accessible from current software programming.

   (e)   Medium (diskettes, etc.) provided at actual cost

      If requestor provides medium, no charge will be assessed.

   Such fees may be waived for governmental agencies, the State and any of its political subdivisions. (Ord. 41-1997. Passed 6-2-97.)
