The Clerk-Treasurer shall be in charge of the collection of water and sewer revenues and perform such other duties with respect thereto as Council shall prescribe. The Clerk-Treasurer shall keep records of all moneys coming into his hands by virtue of his office and report to Council once each month at the regular meeting concerning the moneys collected and the financial affairs of the Village.
