1103.28 PAVEMENT.

"Pavement" means the constructed hard surface of driveways, walkways and other site improvements at ground level. Driveway pavement surfaces shall be concrete, asphalt, stone, pavers or crushed limestone. Driveway apron pavements shall be asphalt or concrete.
