"Lot" means one or more parcels of land which are or could be collectively occupied by one dwelling and the accessory buildings or uses customary or incident to it, including such open spaces as are required by the Zoning Code, and which is designated as a separate parcel on a plat or deed in the records of Summit County, Ohio.
