"Fence" means an artificially constructed barrier of any material or combination of materials erected to enclose, screen or separate areas.
(a) "Solid fence" means a fence that provides complete or nearly complete opacity
(b) "Wire fence" means a fence whose panel fabric consists of extruded metal wire in an open weave configuration, to include "chicken wire", "welded wire", "chain link" (whether coated or uncoated) and other similar products.
