(a) "Dwelling" means a building used exclusively for non-transient, residential use occupied by a single family.
(b) "Dwelling unit" means a space within a dwelling comprising living, dining, cooking, sleeping rooms, storage closets, as well as space and equipment for bathing and toilet facilities, all used by one family. (Ord. 14-2023. Passed 6-19-23.)
