(a) "Areas of buildings" means the area at the ground level of the main building and all accessory buildings measured from the outside surface of the exterior walls.
(b) "Area of lot" means the total horizontal area within the boundary lines of a zoning lot.
(c) "Coverage" means the area of a lot covered by the area of a building or buildings.
(d) "Dwelling unit area" means the total area of finished, above-grade residential space, measured from the interior face of exterior walls excluding unheated areas such as garages, porches and balconies.
(e) "Maximum Impervious Cover" (MIC) means the portion of the lot covered by buildings, structures and pavements (including without limitation the coverage by a main building maximum set forth in Section 1133.03) or constructed element which impedes infiltration of stormwater into the ground, even if the impediment is not total.
