(a) On-line reverse and forward auctions are henceforth authorized in this Municipality as a substitute for the purchasing and selling procedures specified by the Ohio Revised Code.
(b) In addition, requests for proposal, quotes, or information may be listed on a central web-based location and surplus property sales may be posted on an on-line surplus property network, all in lieu of any contrary requirements for purchasing and selling of municipal personal property in the Ohio Revised Code.
