The Village Audit Committee shall have the authority to examine and audit all accounts and records of the Village of Silver Lake. The Village Audit Committee shall review appropriations, budgets, revenues, expenditures, payroll, forecasting, internal controls, reporting procedures, data collection, and/or any other financial affairs or records it deems necessary and shall make recommendations which are consistent as to the fiscal well-being of the Village of Silver Lake.
