The Village Engineer or Service Director is responsible for complying with the requirements set forth by the United States and the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency's National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Permit Program. The requirements of this program include, but are not limited to, establishing and implementing best management practices to address stormwater pollution and to protect and preserve the quality of waters of the State.
