1505.01 DEPARTMENT OF FIRE PREVENTION ESTABLISHED; MAYOR TO BE HEAD.

The Mayor shall be the head of the Department and shall appoint the Chief of the Fire Department of Stow, Ohio, or the designees of such Chief, to carry out the provisions of this Fire Prevention Code and to act as fire prevention inspectors.
