1357.99 PENALTY.

Failure to comply with the directions of the Citizens Housing Committee and this chapter shall be determined to be a misdemeanor of the third degree. Non-compliance for thirty (30) days after the date of any citation issued pursuant to this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
