1357.02 ENFORCEMENT.

The Mayor shall refer all alleged violations to the Citizens Housing Committee for their review and recommendation. No violation shall be issued by the Mayor unless he receives a written recommendation from the Citizens Housing Committee indicating that corrective measures are required to protect the value of adjoining or neighboring properties.
