No public highway within the corporate limits of the Village may be used to transport or move a building or residential structure until written permission has been secured from the Clerk-Treasurer. The Clerk-Treasurer shall consult with the Building Inspector to outline the specific requirements for moving such buildings or residential structures. Each application for moving buildings or residential structures shall constitute a distinct and separate request. No building or residential structure shall be moved into the Village from outside the corporate limits of the Village.
