In addition to the requirements and regulations outlined herein the electrical contractor or owner is encouraged not to use the existing electrical facilities of the adjacent properties. but make arrangements to have separate temporary service supplied to his project during construction. If service is to be secured from buildings or structures on adjacent properties then prior permission in writing must be secured from that owner.
