1329.04 DEFINITION.
   A heating contractor means any person who proceeds with or has charge of the laying out or installation, alteration, replacement or repair of any heating, ventilating or air conditioning system, or the installation of an oil burner, stoker, unit heater or conversion burner, in any building or structure within the limits of the Village.
   Nothing in this Code shall be construed to prevent a firm or corporation from engaging in the heating or air conditioning business, provided the firm or corporation steadily employs in a supervisory capacity the holder of a heating contractor's license as provided herein.
