   1329.03 TRI-COUNTY HEATING CONTRACTORS' LICENSES HONORED.
   A heating contractor shall be permitted to install heating, ventilating and air conditioning units in the Village if he has been fully licensed to perform this specific work in Summit, Medina or Portage Counties.
