It is the intention of this chapter to regulate the construction, installation, alteration and inspection of heating, ventilating and air conditioning in the Village. The Code shall apply to the installation, alteration, repair and/or replacement of all piping apparatus, appliances, devices and/or accessories for warn air heating, wet heat, ventilating and air conditioning systems, gas and oil burners, stokers, and/or unit heaters, conversion burners used or to be used in or about any building, structure or premises of any kind within the Village.
