1309.09 PLANS AND ELEVATIONS TO BE SUBMITTED.
   (a)   Detailed plans and elevations drawn to scale of the proposed building or structure, and any and all other plans and submission requirements required by the Building and/or Zoning Code, shall be submitted to the Clerk of Council and thereafter processed in accordance with Chapter 1107 of the Zoning Code.

   (b)   The plans shall contain a location drawing showing the location of the building or structure on the lot in relation to the building set-back lines and side lines clearances. If the proposed construction is in an allotment of record then the plans must show the name of the subdivision or allotment with volume and page number, lot number and house number. If additional adjacent land has been purchased and is to be included in the property on which the construction is proposed, then, the plans must show the name of the owner of the property from whom the additional land was purchased.
 
   (c)   The owner’s name, address and telephone number and the contractor’s name, address and telephone number must be submitted as part of the request for a permit and this information must be attached to the plans that are submitted in duplicate.
 
   (d)   Building plans are to be deposited with the Clerk-Treasurer who shall then transmit them to the Planning Commission. The procedure in routing of the plans shall be as referred to in subsection (a) hereof. A routing sheet shall be maintained in the Village Hall on which shall be recorded the clearance date on all plans.
