1309.03 DUTIES OF CLERK-TREASURER.

The duties of the Clerk-Treasurer and his assistants under "Office" shall be to issue permits, accept fees for issuance of the permits thereof and to keep the records of all permits issued and moneys collected. (Ord. 17-73. Passed 5-8-73.)
