(a) The personnel under “Office” shall be the Clerk-Treasurer and his assistants;
(b) The personnel under the “Building Structures” shall be the Building Inspector and shall be designated as the Building Inspector;
(c) The personnel under “Electrical” shall be the Electrical Inspector and shall be designated as the Electrical Inspector;
(d) The personnel under "Plumbing" and "Sanitation" shall be as follows:
(1) The Summit County Health Director is responsible for plumbing.
(2) The Summit County Sanitary Engineer is responsible for connections to the County controlled sanitary sewers.
(3) The Village Director of Public Service is responsible for connections to the Village controlled sanitary sewers.
