1175.06 SEEDING AND PROTECTION.

Berms, ditches, and slopes resulting from the opening, widening or extension of any street grading or improvement operations shall be protected against soil erosion by seeding or other protective methods as recommended by the Summit County Soil and Water Conservation District.
