(a) Streets, sidewalks, driveway aprons and other improvements shall be constructed so as to serve the entire subdivision and such installations shall conform to the standards and specifications of the Municipality.
(b) In the case where widening, improving or abandoning of existing streets is deemed necessary by the Municipality, the subdivider shall perform such work as is necessary at his own expense. (Ord. 17-1994. Passed 6-6-94.)
