1175.03 INSPECTION COSTS.

The cost of Municipal inspections shall be paid by the subdivider. An amount of money estimated by the Engineer for such purpose shall be deposited in advance with the Treasurer. If at any time the deposit is depleted the subdivider shall renew the deposit in an amount set by the Engineer.
